Affiliate Terms of Service
1. Program Overview
The Belad Creative Store Affiliate Program rewards individuals and marketers for referring customers to our store using a unique affiliate link.
You earn 5% commission on all products purchased through your referral link.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You should own an active website, blog, or social media presence.
- You must comply with all applicable laws.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any application.
3. Commissions & Payments
- Commission Rate: Our commission rate is between 5%-25%, depending on the category of product
- Tracked with 30-day cookies via your unique link.
- Minimum payout threshold: ₦5,000.
- Payment is made monthly via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
- Payouts are processed by the 10th of each month.
- Refunded or canceled sales will not be eligible for commission.
4. Promotional Guidelines
You may promote using:
- Blogs, YouTube, social media posts
- Email newsletters (must be compliant)
- Online communities or WhatsApp groups
Prohibited actions include:
- Misleading marketing or false claims
- PPC ads using our brand name
- Spamming, bots, or cookie stuffing
- Impersonating Belad Creative Studio
5. Brand Usage
You may use official banners and logos we provide. Do not:
- Edit or alter our brand assets
- Use our name in misleading ways
- Claim to represent us officially
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violating these terms
- Fraudulent or unethical behavior
- Inactivity for more than 90 days
Terminated accounts may forfeit unpaid commissions.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for lost earnings due to technical issues, tracking failures, or external disruptions.
8. Changes to the Program
We may update or modify the program or terms at any time. Continued use means you agree to the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
